Karen Glaser

Karen has been the Administrative Assistant for Mark and the Mark Thudium Team since 1994. Karen's reliability, organizational skills and her exceptional work ethic make her an outstanding asset to the team. Karen answers all phone calls, inputs new listings in the MLS, updates the team website, creates listing property flyers, monitors all marketing, creates regular Listing Service Reports for our sellers and much more!

Reid Skillman

Throughout his years in real estate, Reid has discovered ways to help his clients feel comfortable making their housing decisions. He focuses on open lines of communication so his clients are continually informed. Reid specializes in first time home buyers, corporate relocation, and listing services. He strives to help eliminate the worry or mystery of buying or selling a home.

Mike Skillman

Mike has been a full-time residential Realtor since 2000. His goal in helping you buy or sell residential real estate is to provide prompt, personalized service with integrity. He is a member of Lancaster Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. Mike currently resides in Manheim Township with his wife, Faith and their two children Hannah and Carson.
