I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a property in the Lancaster area. He had helped my parents 24 years ago when they bought the house I born into and even after all that time had passed he was the first name they thought of to recommend to me when I recently bought my first place. Mark was an excellent Realtor, not just because he sold my house in 1 day for the asking price(!), but because he: 1. was knowledgeable about the housing market in my immediate area, 2. is also certified as an appraiser, so there was no guesswork about the value of my home 3. has a wonderfully helpful assistant who apprised me about each step as we prepared for the closing date.
