How have you utilized The Mark Thudium Team?

We've worked with Mark on a wide range of real estate transactions. Mark has been a tremendous help in both purchasing and selling properties, as well as offering guidance on building a home. In total, we've worked with him through four real estate experiences.

When did you start working with Mark?

In May 2012 we asked Mark to show us a potential investment property. We decided to purchase the property and Mark worked with us through the entire process. When it was time to sell that property, Mark guided us through his 5 Star Program. He coordinated dependable contractors to make repairs and upgrades to prepare the home for the market so that we could sell the home quickly and with a profit, which we did.

How did Mark assist you with building your home?

We had never built a home before, and the process proved to be a bit overwhelming. Mark acted as our navigator through the entire process. He helped us adjust our floor plan to accommodate our personal needs. He worked with us and the contractors to assure our priorities were being addressed. Having access to his industry knowledge was invaluable, and it resulted in a new home that we are extremely pleased with.

Would you recommend Mark?

Absolutely! We already have, twice. Mark is so easy to work with, and he makes it a priority to create a comfortable and convenient real estate experience for all his clients.
