Every spring Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices hosts its annual sales convention. The event gives attendees a chance to meet for educational and networking opportunities, as well as celebrate those who have received top achievements in the Real Estate industry.

We are extremely proud to announce that The Mark Thudium Team was presented with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Top 100 Award, which establishes the team as one of the top 100 teams in the country in residential units. Mark's Team ranked #68 out of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realtors in the United States. The team also received Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman's Circle Diamond Award.
Tyler Stoltz and Corey Thudium attended the annual convention in Nashville and accepted the awards on behalf of The Mark Thudium Team (March 2020).
These awards are a true testament to Mark's Team, and the hard work and dedication required to achieve some of the highest awards an agent or team can be recognized for in the Berkshire Hathaway family. A big thank you to all of our clients for continuing to depend on us for your real estate needs. We sincerely appreciate your business and your friendship.
It's spring, and normally the real estate market would be blossoming with sellers and buyers, but this spring, our nation is facing a pandemic crisis. The real estate industry is not immune to the impact of COVID-19. Like all businesses, Realtors are navigating this critical time as best we can. We are working hard (from home) to pivot our regular routines and protocols to accommodate everyone's safety.
During this time of uncertainty, one thing I know for certain is that there are still people who will need to sell or buy a home even in today's climate. If you have a need to sell or buy a home, I want to remind you that there are still real advantages for both sellers and buyers. Interest rates are still excellent for buyers while the low housing inventory benefits sellers. If you have a real estate need, we can navigate it together.
More importantly, during extraordinary times like these, I take time to be thankful. I'm thankful for the unwavering support of the Berkshire Hathaway Team, my partners, my clients, my friends, my family and my God.
I am also reminded of the awesome community that we live in. Our local organizations and businesses are the fabric of our community and they need us now, more than ever. As we settle into this new normal, if you are able, please seek the things that you can do to remain engaged with our community while keeping your own social distance:
And above all, stay safe, be thankful, be strong in faith, love your neighbor as yourself and be kind as we all work through this challenging time together.
