Spring is typically a busy time for home sales. While our local real estate market is seeing an increase in the number of homes for sale, inventory is still low. That said, even in the best markets, not all homes sell. In any market, your home needs to stand out over the competition.

 

These three tips will help your home stand out, and you can do them yourself. 

 

#1 Spruce Up the Exterior – Buyers will determine very quickly if they will even consider buying a home just by seeing the exterior of the home, which means "curb appeal" can be critical. Power wash the sidewalk, weed the garden, mulch, plant flowers, spruce up your front door and porch, and wash the windows.
