#1 Spruce Up the Exterior – Buyers will determine very quickly if they will even consider buying a home just by seeing the exterior of the home, which means "curb appeal" can be critical. Power wash the sidewalk, weed the garden, mulch, plant flowers, spruce up your front door and porch, and wash the windows. 

#2 Freshen Decor – If things are looking a bit outdated inside your home, consider small upgrades. Something as simple as installing a new faucet, updating hardware, replacing a vanity mirror, changing light fixtures, or applying a fresh coat of paint can give your home an updated look without breaking the bank. 

#3 Fix It – It's time to fix those little nuances that you've lived with, but may turn a buyer off. We always recommend a Pre-Listing Inspection prior to listing your home. That way, we can identify any property issues up front, giving us the opportunity to deal with them prior to putting the house on the market.
