John & Irene Beake share their story about working with Mark Thudium to sell their Grandview home of 50 years.

"We worked with Mark about 15 years ago to sell my Mother's home. It was a small home, and we were impressed with the level of attention Mark gave to the process of selling it. We realized quickly that he was an extremely hard worker, and took his responsibility as a Realtor seriously. 

Mark left a pretty impactful impression on us all those years ago, and we had recommended him to others several times. More recently, we had plans to downsize to a cottage at Brethren Village but we needed to sell our Grandview home that we've lived in for 50 years. We knew we may have to find temporary living until our cottage was ready, but Mark had a solution! He wrote a clause into the sale of our home so we could have the option to stay in our home until our cottage was move-in ready, which worked out wonderfully!

Mark and his team are always available and so pleasant to work with. He is not a high-pressure salesperson. He listened to us, our needs and worked with us to make the process easy and comfortable. Mark is a very kind and dedicated Realtor and we have recommended him many times, and will continue to recommend him."
