Laura & Kevin Kaiser have worked with us to both buy and sell homes. Here is their story.  

Why did you choose to work with The Mark Thudium Team?

We met Mark through CV Little League. We were impressed with his dedication to the League. He always went the extra mile for the betterment of the League. We thought, if he puts that quality of commitment into a volunteer role, then he must be exceptional in his career as a Realtor. We knew if we ever needed a Realtor, we'd call him first.

What did you think of The Mark Thudium Team real estate process?

In 2001 Mark helped us to sell our in-laws home. The process was seamless and the house sold quickly. More recently, we worked with Mark to sell our home of 33 years. He walked us through his 5-Star Program, which included a free consultation with a stager, which was extremely helpful to prepare our home for the market. Our house received two full-price offers on listing day!

Mark also helped us find our new home. Mark and his team were so accommodating and we appreciated their guidance during the buying process, as we had not purchased a home since 1984. The closings were smooth, both for our new house and our old house.
