Selling the home, I designed and built myself in 1973 was not something I took lightly. My late wife, Gayle, and I spent many meaningful years there. The decision to sell was closely tied to my move to Moravian Manor. I'd been on the waiting list and was uncertain when a place that fit my needs would become available. I needed a Realtor who would understand that and allow me to move forward at my own pace.

I first became familiar with Mark Thudium by seeing his name on signs throughout my neighborhood, as he had helped several neighbors sell their homes.
