For me, November has traditionally been a time to pause and reflect more deeply on God's goodness to me. I can certainly relate to Philippians 4:11-13. Over the years, l've learned how to live with very little, and I've learned how to live when I have plenty - God is always good.
I'm so very thankful to my clients of 2024. You've given me the opportunity to work, and to do something that I love. This year, I helped first time homebuyers by their first home; I helped executors navigate the sale of family estates; I helped seniors sell their longtime homes - guiding them through the transition into a retirement or 55+ community; and I helped investors acquire investment properties. To all of you, thanks for placing your trust in me. Both your business and your friendships are valued.
I'm also thankful for the incredible network of teammates that l've surrounded myself with over the years. From mortgage loan officers, home stagers, home inspectors, handymen, painters,...
A Night of Fun, Food, and Baseball at the Stormers Game!
We had an absolute blast hosting our annual client appreciation event at the Lancaster Stormers game. It was a perfect evening of fun, food, and great company.
We enjoyed watching the Stormers take on the Flying Boxcars at Clipper Magazine Stadium while eating delicious BBQ catered by Hess's Barbecue.
While we enjoyed the game, we also had the opportunity to connect with our valued clients. It was a fantastic chance to catch up, share stories, and express our gratitude for their continued support. We had a ball and enjoyed seeing some of our favorite people.
We captured some great photos of the evening, too. Check out the video below to get a glimpse of the night's festivities:
We couldn't have asked for a better night of fun, food, and baseball. We look forward to hosting more customer appreciation events in the future.

These three tips will help your home stand out, and you can do them yourself.

#1 Spruce Up the Exterior – Buyers will determine very quickly if they will even consider buying a home just by seeing the exterior of the home, which means "curb appeal" can be critical. Power wash the sidewalk, weed the garden, mulch, plant flowers, spruce up your front door and porch, and wash the windows.
#2 Freshen Decor – If things are looking a bit outdated inside your home, consider small upgrades. Something as simpl...
