For me, November has traditionally been a time to pause and reflect more deeply on God's goodness to me. I can certainly relate to Philippians 4:11-13. Over the years, l've learned how to live with very little, and I've learned how to live when I have plenty - God is always good.

I'm so very thankful to my clients of 2024. You've given me the opportunity to work, and to do something that I love. This year, I helped first time homebuyers by their first home; I helped executors navigate the sale of family estates; I helped seniors sell their longtime homes - guiding them through the transition into a retirement or 55+ community; and I helped investors acquire investment properties. To all of you, thanks for placing your trust in me. Both your business and your friendships are valued. 

I'm also thankful for the incredible network of teammates that l've surrounded myself with over the years. From mortgage loan officers, home stagers, home inspectors, handymen, painters, house cleaners, lawncare, electricians, plumbers, etc. - their expertise and dedication have been invaluable to me and to my clients. 

Finally, I am deeply grateful to my assistant, Emily, whose tireless support has been instrumental to our success, my Berkshire Hathaway real estate team, my loving family and my friends - you all are a great blessing to me.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving this month, consider the wise words of Harry Ironside: "We would worry less if we praised more".
