Anna Kiehl shares her story about working with Mark Thudium to buy and sell her first home with her husband Josiah.

"My husband, Josiah, and I were familiar with Mark through Westminster Presbyterian Church, and when it was time for us to make our first home purchase we asked Mark to walk with us on that journey. We chose Mark because he is honest, he has an amazing amount of experience, and we knew he'd work hard to make sure we felt comfortable with the process. 

We have bought and sold in what some might consider complicated scenarios. Our first home purchase was made during the federal government shutdown in 2019. Then, more recently, we sold our home during COVID-19. Both of these events could have greatly impacted our ability to buy and sell successfully. However, we had piece of mind because Mark guided us with his wisdom and experience. 

He helped us determine a successful path to sell our home during COVID-19. This included Zoom tours, and then selling to new owners that never even stepped foot in the house, for the price we wanted, and within our tight timeline due to an out of state move.

We were thankful to have such a strong trusting relationship with Mark. We knew he would lead us through our buying and selling experience regardless of any obstacles. His team is also amazing! We were grateful to have access to a professional stager, a lender, and flooring experts all vetted and approved by Mark.
