I've known Mark for many years. We've actually known each other for decades. He helped me sell a home in Leola many years ago and purchase the home I most recently lived in. When working with Mark years ago, everything was smooth and handled efficiently. Earlier this year, when I was thinking of selling my home and moving to Woodcrest Villa, Mark was the first call I made.

While there are many traditions during this time of year, one that I love to help promote and support is the United Disabilities Services (UDS) Foundation's Gift Wrap Booth at Park City Mall.

Fifty-two years ago, the fundraiser began with a small card table and a couple of volunteer wrappers. The Booth is now one of the Foundation's largest annual fundraisers. Last year 150 volunteers wrapped 3500+ gifts and raised $35,350 in 29 days.

We will be helping to wrap presents at the UDS Gift Wrap Booth on Tuesday, December 6th, and Monday, December 19th, from 12 PM – 4 PM. The funds raised through the Gift Wrap Booth benefit people with physical and age-related disabilities through various UDS programs and services.

Jason Smith has graciously shared his story about working with Mark Thudium to sell his Parent's home, which was also his childhood home.

My wife and I have known Mark for several years. We previously lived in the same neighborhood in the Conestoga Valley area. A few years ago, my friend was looking to work with a calm and easy-going Realtor, and I knew Mark would be a good match.
