Introducing our newest member of the Mark Thudium Team, Tyler Stoltz.

Tyler Stoltz grew up in Manheim Township and currently resides in East Hempfield Township with his wife, Margaret, and their chocolate lab, Utley.

He holds a degree in business management from Lock Haven University, and spent three years in Washington, D.C., as the director of a nonprofit after-school program, where he was passionate about building strong relationships with families and earning their trust and respect. Tyler brings that same passion to his career in real estate. Developing a relationship with his clients is the most rewarding part of his job.

"One of my favorite things about my job is gaining people's trust, from the very first time we meet, and seeing that trust grow throughout the process of finding them their dream home," he says.

Tyler's passion for real estate comes from spending summers during his younger years helping his father hang drywall. "I quickly took an interest in how homes were built, and I loved how each home we worked on was unique," he says.

His best career advice came from his mother, he says. "She reminded me to stay true to myself, do what makes me happy and treat each person the way I would like to be treated."

Tyler serves his clients by paying attention to their individual expectations and needs. Although technology is an important part of the business, he enjoys building relationships through face-to-face interaction. His goal is to serve each client with professionalism, quality customer service and unfailing attention to detail.

In his free time, Tyler volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster, coaches youth basketball, and enjoys cycling, kayaking, hiking, cheering on Philly sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
