According to the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, staged homes sell on average in 11 days or less, and they can sell for a higher price. As part of our 5-Star Program, we provide a consultation with our staging expert, Lois Flickinger of Lancaster Home Staging for all our sellers.

 

Home staging is not about decorating. It's actually about helping sellers reinvent their home from one that represents their life, to a house that can be marketed and will appeal to a broader audience of prospective buyers. Home staging helps to highlight each home's strengths and minimize its distractions so that it gains interest from more potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money.
