While there are many traditions during this time of year, one of The Mark Thudium Team favorites is wrapping your gifts! Once again, our team will be wrapping gifts at the Gift Wrap Booth at Park City in support of the UDS (United Disabilities Services) Foundation.

We have some excellent gift wrappers on our team! While I'm not one of the excellent wrappers, I am a great helper! Our team will be wrapping on Monday, December 17th from 9am - 12pm. The booth is located in the Sears wing. Please make an effort to support UDS by visiting us this year – we'd really love to see you!

Dragging your feet means the buyer could actually pay more in a bidding war, or miss out on the property altogether. Buyers need to be ready with a mortgage pre-approval letter and escrow deposit money from the day they begin the home search.
#2 - Always put your best foot forward
In a seller's market, buyers need to take steps to "look good" in the eyes of the seller. In today's competitive environment, the listing agent is trying to determine which buyer will be the easiest to w...
