Fall is a great time to sell your home. Sellers can take advantage of the warm colors and rich foliage. Here are some tips to catch a Buyer's eyes this fall season.

 

Freshen Up Exterior

As leaves fall and foliage fades the imperfections of the exterior of your home become more obvious. Pressure wash the exterior and clean the windows. If the paint is chipped or faded, applying a fresh coat will do wonders!

 

Clean Out the Gutters
During the fall, be sure to clear your gutters and downspouts of leaves and other debris. This task lets buyers know you invest time in regular maintenance and care about your home's upkeep.
