Tom Sensenig shares his story about working with Mark Thudium to sell his father's home.

After my father passed away, l needed to work through the process of selling his home, which was my childhood home.  Mark lived in my neighborhood, and I knew he was a Realtor. I approached Mark about helping me sell my father's home. It was a very simple decision to choose to work with Mark. He has a very comfortable demeanor, and I had a lot of confidence in his capabilities as a Realtor.

Mark made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. It had been quite a while since I had purchased or sold any real estate, and I was grateful to have  Mark guide the process so efficiently. From the initial walk-through of the home to the pre-listing inspection, to the coordination of preparing the home for the market. I am confident that because of Mark's expertise, we had a very smooth and quick closing at the price we wanted.
