Barbara Aguiar has graciously shared her story about working with Mark Thudium.

About 27 years ago I called Mark after seeing his name in the Penny Saver. My husband and I were looking to buy a house. Mark was so kindhearted. He drove us around along with our 1-year old daughter looking at houses. Mark helped us find the perfect house that we still live in today. We kept in contact by exchanging Christmas cards every year. 

Recently, Doug Good, my attorney for my Father's estate recommended I contact Mark to sell my parent's house. I remembered that Mark was kind and honest, and very easy to work with, so I gave him a call. Mark could remember the job Paul, my husband, had when we bought our house. He also remembered the house we made an offer on and didn't get. I thought it was incredible that he remembered those specific details from so many years ago. I met with his assistant, Emily. She explained the entire sale process to me. Speaking with Emily made me feel like I just made a new friend. Mark and Emily both coached me step by step. They were always available and attentive, making me their only priority. Mark and Emily are both honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and passionate about their job.

The house sold fast within days of being listed. My wish was granted, and a nice young couple purchased the house. Mark delivered on my request and is truly an amazing Realtor and friend.
