Mark visited the properties that we wanted to sell. One was our residence of more than 42 years and the other a business property in East Petersburg. He offered his expertise on what we could do to prepare to enhance both properties for the market, and we appreciated his advice.

The stager was able to showcase our home, not just for our taste, but made it appealing to all.

We completed a pre-listing inspection on both properties. We were thankful Mark suggested inspecting the properties before listing, as we discovered mold in the early 1900's business property. With Mark's guidance, we were able to hire a mold remediation expert and efficiently and properly correct it. We were so glad to be able to take care of the issue before listing, as it could have impacted the sale if we didn't have the opportunity to correct it prior to putting it on the market.

Once the properties were listed we were surprised with the amount of interest and offers that were received within just a few days. The system Mark has in place to bring qualified buyers together with sellers cannot be matched. Mark was very instrumental in guiding us through the offers and helping us identify which offers were the strongest and best fit for us.
