Karyn and Dan share their story of working with Mark Thudium to sell a home and purchase a home via an online auction.

We've known Mark for many years, as we raised our children in the same community. Mark worked with several of our friends, so we knew that he was a very experienced Realtor, a man of integrity and that we could trust him.

We built the home we lived in 38 years ago. We raised our family there but decided we were ready to sell. We met with Mark to initially talk about listing and buying. We appreciated that he provided honest and objective answers to our questions about the next steps.
