We have worked with Mark several times and always had a seamless experience. In 2001 Mark helped us sell our in-law's home. In 2017 Mark helped us sell our home of 33 years and purchase a new home. This past year, Mark helped us sell our Mount Joy home.

Mark is honest and enthusiastic and has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and we knew he would help us sell our Mount Joy home with the same dedication he displayed when we worked with him previously.

The market has changed since we last sold a home, and we were trying to determine the best time to list our house. We appreciated Mark's guidance and straightforward approach to helping us determine the best time to sell. Ultimately, he assured us that the time of year we listed would not impact the home's sale.

We followed his guidance, and we listed the home in December. Mark was right; the house had multiple offers and went under contract just a few days before Christmas. The timing of the listing had no impact on the sale of the home.

Mark suggested that we get a pre-inspection before listing. We were unsure, as we had only purchased the home five years ago and didn't think it was necessary. We trusted Mark and moved forward with the pre-inspection. We were glad we did, as we discovered a few things that needed repair. Although they were minor issues, knowing that we fixed them before listing the home comforted us and eliminated potential negotiating opportunities for buyers.

As expected, Mark and Emily, his assistant, worked diligently as our advocates through the home sale process. They focused on doing what was best for us and the home sale. They always kept us informed and communicated professionally. Mark never left any questions unanswered.
