Ellen & Glenn share their story of working with Mark Thudium to sell their home of more than 62 years.

We lived in our home in East Lampeter Township for 62 years, and we loved our house. But we knew it was time to move into a home that would be more comfortable for us. It was a tough decision, as packing and moving all our belongings at our age was daunting.

Our home was built in the late 1950's. Structurally, homes were built differently than they are today. Mark recognized our home's value as a quality-built home on a large lot with views of farmland and marketed that as an advantage. We loved that he saw the same value in our home that we did.
