Charlie Bozym shares his experience working with Mark Thudium to sell his home in Leola of 51 years. 

In 1972 I moved to Leola with my wife, Mary Ann, and daughter Stephanie. We purchased a newly built Bi-level home. As years passed, Steph married and now resides in New Holland with her family. Mary Ann and I had hoped we would continue enjoying life in our Leola home. However, it was not to be, as we had to adjust our plans as Mary Ann was diagnosed with Parkinson's.

In 2019 I began visiting retirement communities, as we knew at some point, our Bi-Level would be too challenging for Mary Ann. Well, our timeline and Parkinson's timeline were not in sync, requiring us to get serious about selling our home.

Selling the home you have lived in for more than 60% of your life becomes a little scary and emotional. Fortunately, since 2021 I have been saving many of Mark Thudium's Realtor Profile articles in LNP, which included client stories. We received multiple offers, which Mark and his team reviewed. We accepted an offer which was 30% above our asking price. Throughout this process, the interactions with Mark and his team have been outstanding, which is attributable to the trust, confidence, and respect we had for him from the very start of this relationship.
