Bill & Randi Petrarco share their experience working with Mark Thudium to sell their home of 47 years and move to Garden Spot Village.
We learned of Mark Thudium, as many of our friends had excellent experiences working with him to sell their homes in preparation for moving to retirement living. We had also worked with Berkshire Hathaway to sell a condo in Florida, so we felt confident in the real estate company that Mark was connected with.

One day, we stopped by Mark's office to see if he was available. He was very approachable and made time to see us right then, which we appreciated. We agreed with his philosophy and decided he'd be a good fit to help us sell our home.
One of the things we valued the most was that Mark guided us on how to prepare the home for sale and the move. He was pleasant and respectful in presenting the idea to start pairing down items in the house, reducing furniture pieces, determining what you think you'll take with you, etc. It gave us some clarity on how to start preparing for the move. Mark's expertise helped us with the entire downsize and moving process, not just the home sale.

We purchased our home many (47) years ago, and so Mark helped us understand the current market, what other homes in our area had sold for, what we could expect as a sale price, and what would help us sell the house quickly instead of sitting on the market. He explained the process very well. He has a wealth of knowledge and has a vast contact list with valuable connections that we could utilize.
Emily, Mark's assistant, is fantastic and together they are a great team. Emily listened and offered ideas and solutions. She helped through the sale and the move, and she and Mark remained attentive even after the sale. They consistently went above and beyond what they needed to do, because they are kind and thoughtful people.
We recommend Mark and his team! They made the preparation and the sale so easy and comfortable. The transition was easier because we had their support and guidance. They were there to help with the big and little things. They genuinely cared about us and wanted to ensure the process was a positive experience for us, and it was.
