About ten years ago, we lived in Chicago, and as we approached retirement, we decided we did not want to retire there, mainly since both of our children lived near the Lancaster area. Our visits to Lancaster County during our daughter's wedding celebrations made us more enticed by the area. We attended Westminster Presbyterian Church several times and decided to ask the church community for a Realtor recommendation. Mark Thudium was at the top of the list.

As we continued to visit our daughter and her family in the Baltimore area, we started to familiarize ourselves with Lancaster County. Once we found a place we wanted within a great neighborhood, Mark looked at it for us, as we were still in Chicago. We had total trust in Mark to provide us with an understanding of the home's quality and other important features. We knew that Mark's knowledge about construction would help him find any flaws in a house that could be a problem.

We trusted Mark's opinion, wrote a strong offer, and secured the home. Once we could see the home in person, we were so pleased to have Mark on our side, helping us navigate an out-of-state offer on a home we didn't even see in person. We fully trusted Mark and were happy to have him in our corner.

Since that first experience, we've worked with Mark multiple times. Evidence of Emily & Mark's honesty and integrity has repeatedly shown up each time we've worked with them. In 2021, our daughter was moving to Chester County from Europe. We worked with Mark to tour homes for them. It was a complicated purchase for many reasons, but Mark & Emily made it seamless.

In the spring of 2023, we decided to sell our home and transition to something easier to maintain. Emily & Mark helped us sell our home and purchase our new home.

Mark's knowledge and expertise about the area, the market, and his pricing strategy is impressive. Mark has seriousness and calmness all at the same time.
