Barb Perrin shares her story about working with Mark Thudium to sell her home in Strasburg. 

The emotional weight of selling my home as a widow and leaving a place filled with memories felt overwhelming. Fortunately, I connected with Mark Thudium at church one Sunday morning. We had an emotional conversation about selling my home; Mark reassured me: "I've helped a lot of women in your position, and I think I can help you too." His empathy and confidence calmed my nerves immediately.

My son, naturally protective, wanted to be involved. We interviewed Mark together, and my son instantly felt a sense of trust. Mark's honesty and integrity were paramount, putting us both at ease.

It had been ten years since I last sold a house, and the real estate world had changed. Mark's expertise was obvious during his walkthrough. He didn't overwhelm me with a laundry list of changes but instead assured me that he could sell my home.
