 Patti and Ron Kutz share their experience working with Mark Thudium to find their dream home in Lancaster County so they could be closer to family.

As former residents of Schuylkill County, we spent 17 years living in Ohio before deciding to move back to PA. Our primary motivation was to be closer to our son and his family, who reside in Lititz.

Upon the recommendation of our son and his in-laws, we connected with Mark Thudium. Mark stood out to us due to his exceptional attentiveness to our needs and ability to truly understand our unique property requirements despite us being 400 miles away in Ohio. Mark and his assistant, Emily, provided outstanding communication and support, ensuring we didn't experience any delays as we navigated the remote home-buying process.
