After 41 years of building a life within our Manheim Township home, the decision to downsize and move to the Harrisburg area, near our son and his family, was both exciting and overwhelming. We'd always noticed Mark Thudium's ads in LNP, and we appreciated the inclusion of Bible verses. The genuine, faith-based element of his messaging resonated with us, so we decided to give him a call.

Initially, we were just exploring, researching the market, and understanding our home's value. Mark provided an incredibly detailed market analysis, which was precisely the information we were seeking. We thought we had plenty of time to list the home, but then we found a property sooner than expected, and suddenly our timeline shortened. Panic about selling our property and moving so quickly turned into a scramble, with a lot to organize in a short amount of time.
