When my husband and I made the decision to sell our beloved home in Warwick Township, where we had lived for 52 wonderful years, we were filled with a mix of nostalgia and apprehension about the process ahead. We had known Mark Thudium from church for years and always admired his honesty and character. After speaking with friends who had worked with him and hearing nothing but glowing feedback, it was clear he was the only person we could trust to guide us through such a significant life transition.
