What are the Benefits of a Pre-Listing Property Inspection?

We encourage all of our seller clients to complete a Pre-Listing Property Inspection. Moving the inspection to the beginning of the real estate sales cycle leads to a wealth of benefits for both the seller and the buyer.

 

 

No Surprises

By completing a Pre-Listing Property Inspection, we are able to identify any property condition issues up front.  If there are repair issues/recommendations, the Inspection gives the seller the opportunity to address them before the property goes on the market.  For the buyer, knowing that the property has already been inspected by a Licensed Home Inspector provides an added layer of confidence in both the property and the seller...
