Rick and Anne Traylor share their story of working with Mark Thudium to sell their home of more than 31 years.

We've known Mark for many years. He was our Realtor in 1992 when we built our home in Leola, and we remained good friends over the years. Throughout the past five years, we started to think more strategically about general improvements that would impact the future sale of our home. Mark acted as an excellent advisor regarding what would be the most beneficial improvements.

We knew that we eventually wanted to sell and move to our lake home in Virginia. We appreciated that Mark could look at the big picture on property improvements and help us determine what was important and would bring value and aid in selling the home.
