Rick and Anne Traylor share their story of working with Mark Thudium to sell their home of more than 31 years.

We've known Mark for many years. He was our Realtor in 1992 when we built our home in Leola, and we remained good friends over the years. Access to Mark's vetted vendors was a considerable advantage in prepping the home for sale. We used his landscaper, handyman, stager, and photographer. Mark's assistant, Emily, was in regular communication with us, guided us on the process, and was available whenever we had questions.

Not only did he encourage us to fast-track the home sale to our advantage, but he connected us with the appropriate resources so that we could do that successfully. We ended up with a quick sale garnering more for the home than anticipated, which allowed us to move to our lake home a year earlier than we had planned.
