Can We Wrap Your Gifts?
While there are many traditions during this time of year, one of The Mark Thudium Team favorites is wrapping your gifts! Once again, our team will be wrapping gifts at the Gift Wrap Booth at Park City in support of the UDS (United Disabilities Services) Foundation. We have some excellent gift wrappers on our team! While I’m not one the excellent wrappers, I am a great helper! Our team will be wrapping on December 15th from 9am – 12pm – the booth is located in the Sears wing. Please make an effort to support the UDS by visiting us this year – we’d really love to see you!

Giving Thanks
Every November, I like to take time to review my business for the year. This time is another opportunity to pause, reflect and give thanks to God for his blessings to me. As I think back over the past 32 years of my career, even during the very challenging, early years, I’ve always had much to be thankful for.
To my clients of 2017 and those from years past, please know that I am grateful for both your business and your friendship. Year after year, more than 80% of my business comes from my past clients and community friendships. Without your business and referrals, in a very real way, I’d be out of business. I’ve enjoyed the privilege of helping many of you with the purchase of your first home, your second home, your last home, selling your parent’s home or helping your children buy their first home. I value the trust that you’ve placed in me more than you could ever know.

As part of our 5-Star Program, we provide a consultation with our staging expert, Lois Flickinger of Lancaster Home Staging for all our sellers.
Home staging is not about decorating. It’s actually about helping sellers reinvent their home from one that represents their life, to a house that can be marketed and will appeal to a broader audience of prospective buyers. Home staging helps to highlight each home's strengths and minimize its distractions so that it gains interest from more potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money.
