Monroe & Miriam Roberts share their story working with Mark Thudium to sell their home of 54 years!
Selling our home of 54 years was an emotional decision. We raised our two sons, who now have their own families, in our beloved 90+ year-old house. We cherish our memories there, but we were ready to transition into a local retirement village. Selling felt overwhelming since it was our first time. Fortunately, we found Mark Thudium to help us through the process.
As we navigated this significant transition, Mark offered us a clear plan which was incredibly reassuring. We felt comforted knowing that we were in good hands. Mark's recommendations for inspections and his suggested repairs were spot-on. Mark had a network of skilled professionals at his fingertips. He connected us with talented painters and repairmen. The diligent work of the contractors he provided quickly resolved any issues. H...
Sandy Miller shares her story about working with Mark Thudium to sell her Mother's home.
As the eldest child and executor of my mother's estate, I handled the sale of her home, a place filled with 50 years of family memories. Living out of state, the prospect of managing the sale from afar was challenging.
I needed to familiarize myself with local Realtors to help me sell the home. Thankfully, I discovered a message left by my mother. One day, while cleaning out a desk drawer at my mother's house, I found a Lancaster Newspaper clipping - the article was from the Real Estate section. It was a testimonial from one of Mark Thudium's clients. I felt very strongly that leaving that clipping for me to find was my mother's way of saying, "use Mark Thudium when it's time to sell the home." Intrigued, I delved into Mark's website and was impressed by his years of experience, many positive reviews, and client stories.
From our initial meeting, Mark's exper...
For me, November has traditionally been a time to pause and reflect more deeply on God's goodness to me. I can certainly relate to Philippians 4:11-13. Over the years, l've learned how to live with very little, and I've learned how to live when I have plenty - God is always good.
I'm so very thankful to my clients of 2024. You've given me the opportunity to work, and to do something that I love. This year, I helped first time homebuyers by their first home; I helped executors navigate the sale of family estates; I helped seniors sell their longtime homes - guiding them through the transition into a retirement or 55+ community; and I helped investors acquire investment properties. To all of you, thanks for placing your trust in me. Both your business and your friendships are valued.
I'm also thankful for the incredible network of teammates that l've surrounded myself with over the years. From mortgage loan officers, home stagers, home inspectors, handymen, painters,...
Patti and Ron Kutz share their experience working with Mark Thudium to find their dream home in Lancaster County so they could be closer to family.
As former residents of Schuylkill County, we spent 17 years living in Ohio before deciding to move back to PA. Our primary motivation was to be closer to our son and his family, who reside in Lititz.
Upon the recommendation of our son and his in-laws, we connected with Mark Thudium. Mark stood out to us due to his exceptional attentiveness to our needs and ability to truly understand our unique property requirements despite us being 400 miles away in Ohio. Mark and his assistant, Emily, provided outstanding communication and support, ensuring we didn't experience any delays as we navigated the remote home-buying process.

A Night of Fun, Food, and Baseball at the Stormers Game!
We had an absolute blast hosting our annual client appreciation event at the Lancaster Stormers game. It was a perfect evening of fun, food, and great company.
We enjoyed watching the Stormers take on the Flying Boxcars at Clipper Magazine Stadium while eating delicious BBQ catered by Hess's Barbecue.
While we enjoyed the game, we also had the opportunity to connect with our valued clients. It was a fantastic chance to catch up, share stories, and express our gratitude for their continued support. We had a ball and enjoyed seeing some of our favorite people.
We captured some great photos of the evening, too. Check out the video below to get a glimpse of the night's festivities:
We couldn't have asked for a better night of fun, food, and baseball. We look forward to hosting more customer appreciation events in the future.
Thank you for continuing to refer The Mark Thudium Team to your friends and family for their real estate needs. We sincerely appreciate your business and your friendship.
